Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Science Officer of Paravue Corporation. I founded the company with a few friends and grew it to 27 employees/consultants. It's last valuation under my management was 15 million dollars. Paravue underwent a hostile takeover by Acuity Ventures (FlashFoto) in spring 2007. Paravue challenged the takeover. This is currently in litigation in the Superior Court of California, Santa Clara County. Case No. 1-07-CV-085589.
